About KVL News

KVL News is an independent online publication covering the city of Kavala and its wider regional unit in northern Greece. We report on tourism, politics, the local economy, culture and entertainment, society and sports, with the aim of giving residents, the diaspora and visitors a single place to follow what's happening in Kavala.

Our newsroom draws on municipal announcements, regional government sources, established Greek and international press, and information published by local organisations, ports, festivals and clubs. Stories are written and retold in our own words, in English, Greek and Bulgarian, so the widest possible audience with ties to the region can stay informed.
