Despoina Kontaxe, a physiotherapist based in Kavala with nearly two and a half decades of professional experience, has launched an initiative called D.KONTAX-Music With Purpose that merges her two primary interests. The project centers on a YouTube channel through which Kontaxe plans to release original musical content. Once the channel reaches 1,000 subscribers, she will produce a dedicated song, with a portion of the earnings directed toward supporting individuals battling cancer. The venture represents an unconventional approach to charitable fundraising by leveraging both artistic and medical expertise to benefit a vulnerable population in the community.
