More than fifty lighting fixtures have been replaced across Kavala's historic Panayia quarter as part of a municipal infrastructure initiative aimed at improving visibility and public safety in the centuries-old neighborhood. The upgrade represents a significant step toward modernizing the area's nighttime conditions, with newly installed luminaires now illuminating major portions of the winding streets and alleyways that characterize the old town.
