Police conducted a series of targeted enforcement actions against drug trafficking in Eastern Macedonia and Thrace from August 17 to 23, resulting in nine arrests across the region. The suspects were apprehended in Evros, Rhodope, Drama, and on the island of Thasos as part of a broader campaign to disrupt drug distribution networks. Authorities filed eight separate cases against the detained individuals, each violation carrying charges related to controlled substance laws.
